Want your kids to master handstands, splits, and back handsprings in a fun and dynamic environment? Join our gymnastics classes at OZ, led by Coach Mimi, a certified acrobatics coach from Israel with over five years of experience working with young athletes! Classes are held every Sunday and are tailored by age group to ensure each child is challenged at their level while having a blast. Every session is designed to be developmentally appropriate so your child can grow their skills in a safe and supportive setting. To help everyone get the most out of each class, please make sure your child is prepared with the following: Comfortable clothing: Please send your child in flexible, athletic wear (no jeans, etc). Hair tied back: Long hair should be tied up to ensure safety during activities. Water bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, so please pack a water bottle. Spaces are limited, so don’t wait! Be sure to RSVP and secure your spot!

A paradox: We live in webs of relationships, influencing and being influenced for good or ill. Yet, our lives' moral/religious value depends on each of us alone. Webs empower, but they also set limits, and these limits sometimes need to be faced and overcome by the assertion of individual will. How is this possible? Join us on Shabbat afternoons for the Winter Open Play Gym at OZ Youth! Bring your child back to shul for a fun, parent-supervised free-play session in the social hall gym. This is a great opportunity for kids to play and socialize while parents enjoy a relaxed environment at the shul.
