Rent for your Event!

Welcome to OZ - our historic building with its modern upgrades has a range of great spaces to accommodate your rental request.

Our premiere event space (Bet Medrash) has been beautifully updated with a modern and elegant motif. This is the perfect space to celebrate your Simcha - including Bar & Bat Mitzvah parties, Engagement Parties & Sheva Brachot, Family Reunions and more! When needed, the Bet Medrash can be extended with the Library. For a seated event, the Bet Medrash can accommodate up 100 people comfortable with no buffet. The Library can be added for an extra fee. 

Fees:

  • Member: $613 ($800 with Library)
  • Guest: $750 ($1000 with Library)

 

Library

Look at the library for an intimate family gathering for Shabbat Meals, Sheva Brachot, Family Reunions, and Personal Shivas. We can also accomodate private meetings, classes, and gatherings; for up to 18 people.

Fees:

  • Member: $180
  • Guest: $250

 

Backyard BBQ

Chill by the Grill for the perfect Spring or Summer Soiree... or Sheva Brachot! (This space meant for smaller gatherings - Upper Sukkah is available by request)

Fees:

  • Member: $360 ($540 to include "Sukkah")
  • Guest: $450 ($600 to include Sukkah)

BBQ Rental:

  • Equipment - $150
  • Mashgiach - $250

Tot Birthday Package

There’s so much you can do in our School Social Hall / Mini Gym for a Tot Birthday!

Sundays only.

Fees:

  • Member: $450
  • Guest: $550

School Maintenance Fee:

  • $150

West Side Wedding Package

Need a space for an intimate and inspiring wedding ceremony? When you see our beautiful sanctuary, you'll definitely say "I do"!

Fees:

  • Member: $1,800
  • Guest: $2,400

Catering Fees are not included.

Shabbos Special

You busy with the Simcha, so on Shabbat let us take care of the rest! If you are looking to host a complete Shabbat Simcha, like a Bar Mitzvah, Aufruf, or Sheva Brachot, our spaces are perfect!

Included in this are rentals for Friday Night (for Dinner) and Shabbat Day (for Lunch), and a Kiddush Plus and Shalosh Seudos Standard Sponsorships for the community.

  • Members: $2,500
  • Non-Members: $3,500

Catering for private meals is not included. At this time we cannot accomodate private Shalosh Seudos.

Kosher Catering Requirements

All caterers must be approved by the Rabbi.

All Mohels must be approved by the Rabbi.

Security & Equipment Options

Security (currently required):

  • Armed Guard: $200 ($50 per hour)
  • Door Man: $100 ($25 per hour)
  • A minimun 4-hour shift is required. 

Kitchen:

  • $200- Members
  • $250- Guests
  • $250 - Mashgiach Fee (waived if approved caterer providing own staff)
  • $180 - Waitress Fee (5 hour shift)
  • $150 - Premium Plastic & Paper Goods
  • $100 - Standard Plastic & Paper Goods
  • $50 - Suggested Maintenance Tip
