  • Charles Milo focuses his practice in the areas of trusts and estates and real estate. In addition to estate planning, Charles has extensive experience in estate administration, having worked with the attorneys for the Public Administrator for 25 years. He has been involved in probate proceedings, administration proceedings, discovery proceeding, accounting proceedings, kinship hearings, the preparation of estate tax returns, estate tax audits, the sale of real estate, and the first public auction of a winning New York lottery ticket on behalf of an estate.
