Please join me in the third annual Postural Therapy Movement Class on Passover titled: 'Pesach and Posture: Realigning from Leaning at the Seder’.
It’s a fun, interactive one-hour program where you’ll leave with the tools - postural stretches and exercises - to stand to sit up straighter, walk with efficiency and balance, and breathe more naturally and optimally.
The class will take place via Zoom on Monday, April 10th, from 8:30-9:30 am EST. Registration is required. Please find the link below.
