• Vote on Constitutional Amendment:
• In the Article III ("Officers"), Section 3, after the sentence in the Constitution reading: "In addition to the applicable qualifications set forth in Article V, Section 1, to be eligible to serve as President or First Vice President, a member must (i) have been a member in good standing for three (3) consecutive years and (ii) have been an Officer or Trustee for three (3) consecutive years." there shall be added a sentence reading "In the event that no individual meeting these criteria is willing and deemed by the President and Nominating Committee to be a suitable candidate for one of these positions, a member meeting solely criterion (i) shall be eligible to serve as President or First Vice President."
