Round Challah Bake!

6:00 PM - 7:00 PMIngredients:
4 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
5 packet of dried yeast
2cups sugar
1.5 tbsp salt
1.5 cups of canola oil
3 eggs
5 lbs of flour

Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Put lukewarm water in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp of sugar and packets yeast. Stir up gently and wait for bubbles to appear.
- In separate large bowl mix dried ingredients.
- Make well in center of bowl
- Add eggs ,oil ,and yeast mixture
- Mix well with spoon, and then knead dough until desired consistency.
- Form dough into a ball and slightly grease with oil (not spray)
- Cover in warm space and allow to rise until it doubles in size. 1 hour and 45 mins
- Separate a piece of dough and make bracha.
- Form desired shape and glaze with an egg. Let formed challah rise for another 45 min
- Bake for 35 min
