Hashkama Minyan - Rabbi Blanchard's Blurb

  • Not every place and not every situation is right for us. Sometimes, places and cultures make too many demands on us morally and spiritually. Others, too few. We need to live in an environment--physical, social, political, moral, esthetic and religious--that supports our development, that pushes us just enough to bring us to become better, but not so much that we fail, or are discouraged, worn out and then give up. We need to be in places that  fit  "who we are"--our character, and capabilities as well as our limits.
